Shipping and Delivery
In-Stock Items: Most in-stock, smaller items will ship out within 48 hours via UPS or Fed Ex ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. White Glove Furniture Deliveries, please allow approximately 2-6 weeks. In the case that an item is on backorder, you will be notified within 72 hours of placing your order. At this time, we can provide you with an estimated ship date.
Please note: We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and international addresses.
Special Order Items: In addition to what we have in stock, many items can be special ordered, such as custom upholstery, large furniture pieces, and select accessories. Because many of these pieces are made to order, lead times can vary, ranging anywhere from 2-14 weeks or longer. Please note, the estimated time of delivery for special orders is only an approximation.

Return/Exchange Policy
Special Order Items: Because special order items are fabricated especially for you, we are unable to accept returns on these pieces.
In-Stock Items: All Sales Final on Furniture, Upholstery and Art. In store credit within 7 days on bedding and lighting provided the item is in its original condition. Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging and contact us so we can issue you a return authorization label for the outside of the box. You are responsible for all return shipping charges; in addition, for your protection, we recommend that you insure the package for the value of the returned items. Once we have received and processed your return, we will contact you via email with a confirmation.
Damaged Deliveries from UPS
We inspect and carefully pack every order prior to shipping. However, in the case that you receive any damaged merchandise, please save your original packaging and immediately contact us to inform us of the damage. We will then issue a return authorization number for you to put on the outside of the box and will arrange the return/exchange.
Damaged Freight Deliveries
It is imperative that you open and inspect all items that you receive via freight immediately upon their delivery, PRIOR TO signing for the delivery. In the case that the truck driver will not wait for you to open and inspect the items, it is very important that you write: “Unable to inspect items due to driver unwilling to wait” above your signature on the freight delivery form. This protects you from liability for any damages incurred during shipment. Your signature signifies not only receipt of the items, but also that they are in good condition; this is why it is so important to inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt.
Payment Options
Online payments will be accepted in the form of VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept online checks at this time.
Sales Tax
Sales tax for orders delivered to a Georgia address is 8%. Orders being drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to a state other than Georgia will not be charged sales tax.
